102i-3PHASE
The PowerPlasma 102i is designed for heavy duty plasma cutting service. With up to 100 amps of cutting power, the original unit has proven its performance and reliability in industrial and fabrication settings since 2008. The newest version has been redesigned for a more compact stature. The IGBT inverter design is reliably engineered to provide heavy duty service with a 60% duty cycle at maximum amps. This is enough to sever metal up to 1 5/8" thick when needed. For daily use, it works great for regularly cutting 1 1/4" thick plate metal, and when called upon, makes a clean cut up to 1 1/2". The heavy duty Innotec iPT100 blow back torch features a Euro, quick connect central adapter for easy connection. Priced around the price of some 40-50 amp plasma cutters on the market, this Everlast IGBT inverter plasma cutter clearly doesn't go slack on performance.
Please Note: This model of PowerPlasma 102i is available and configured to operate on a 400 - 415V ~3 Phase input power. This machine does not have a plug fitted
To achieve the maximum performance out of your Everlast Machine please ensure your current breaker and wiring/socket setup at your place of use is sufficient enough to achieve this. For example you may be required to upgrade your breaker to a 32A dedicated circuit to suit, therefore allowing you to achieve your machines full duty cycle. If in doubt please contact your local licensed electrician for more info prior to purchasing and please see terms and conditions/warranty for more information.
Manufactured and compliant with IEC/AS 60974.10, CE Guaranteeing your electrical safety and performance. INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY
Collections: Plasma Cutters, WELDERS
Type: Plasma Cutters
Minimum/Maximum:
Plasma cutting capacity is affected by several factors. Ideal cutting conditions require dry air, new consumables, proper air pressure etc. Quality of cut depends upon consumable orifice size, standoff height, and travel speed.
A separate inline air dryer must be provided by the customer to prevent torch damage, and excessive consumable wear. The unit includes a regulator/water trap, but is not designed to remove all water or moisture.
If using with a generator, use a generator rated by its manufacturer as providing "clean power". This is usually 5% or less THD (total harmonic distortion).
Use with a generator rated for at least a minimum of 15,000 surge watts.
