Warranty
Everlast Australia provides a manufacturer's warranty on eligible products purchased directly from Everlast Australia or through an authorised Australian dealer. This warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Please do not return the product, dismantle it or arrange repairs without written approval from Everlast Australia.

What the warranty covers
The Everlast Australia manufacturer's warranty applies where an eligible product is found to have a defect in its materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Depending on the product and the fault, an approved warranty claim may include replacement parts, approved repair labour, repair or replacement of the product, or another appropriate remedy where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Each claim is assessed based on the product, the reported fault, the evidence supplied and the applicable warranty terms.
What is not normally covered
The manufacturer's warranty does not normally cover faults or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and consumable items
- Accidental damage, impact or dropping
- Water, dust, heat, corrosion or contamination
- An incorrect or unsuitable power supply
- Generator or extension lead use that does not meet the product requirements
- Misuse or operation outside the product specifications
- Poor maintenance or blocked ventilation
- Unauthorised modifications, dismantling or repairs
- Unsuitable accessories
- A removed, damaged or altered serial number
These exclusions apply to the Everlast Australia manufacturer's warranty only. They do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before making a claim
Stop using the machine if it may be unsafe or if continued use could cause further damage. Do not return the product, dismantle it or arrange repairs until Everlast Australia has provided written instructions.
