Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and an order number will be issued. Postage is calculated based on your location and the amount of goods you have ordered.
For shipping within Australia we use Australia Post and TNT. Orders received will be dispatched within 12-48hrs in most cases. Bulky items or deliveries to rural/remote locations may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
To ensure your parcel is delivered directly to you, it is essential you provide your day time address as deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
In the event that you do not receive your parcel, please contact us within 5- 7 days of placing your order. Please note we do not take any responsibility for any postage delays occurred as a result of a fault with Australia Post or TNT.
Please take care in providing us with the correct postage address as we will address the purchase to the exact information provided. We do not take any responsibility for any parcels that have been addressed incorrectly due to the customer providing incorrect information.
Everlast Welders Australia does not take any responsibility for any items that may be lost during postage. If you choose to ship without a tracking number, it is at your own risk and a refund or credit note will not be issued.
We do not ship international with the exception of New Zealand.
