Laser technology is beginning to revolutionize the welding industry.  Laser applications in the welding industry are evolving so fast that many major welding companies are having  a hard time keeping up with it  However, the need to stay current with Laser technology is clear because it has become not only become affordable, it changes in design and manufacturing of lasers have made them compact and practical even for small operations.  Even so, some welding manufacturers have been slow or reticent to accept the new applications of Laser technology in the welding industry.  However, in keeping with the heart of Everlast's policies to lead the way in the industry, Everlast has taken the lead by releasing a full scale production line with more laser related welding equipment than any other welding brand.

With the evolution of lasers and developments made in compact Fiber lasers, it has become very clear that Fiber Lasers are the future for precision welding of light to medium gauge metals.  The pinpoint accuracy and speed at which a Fiber Laser can weld is stunning.  New developments in technology haave also improved ergonomics and durability of the hand held laser guns and related equipment. Compared to old CO2 lasers, Fiber lasers are "light years" ahead.

New developments in fiber laser technology allows one machine to expertly handle  many other  welding related processes without adding a lot of extra machines or equipment.  The RedSabre 1500X can weld, cut, and descale rust and paint with one machine, making a truly versatile multi-process machine.  No extra purchases are necessary to do so.  It includes all the attachments and lenses needed to adapt the machine to the process desired.  The programming allows for Cutting, cleaning, passivation, and welding without any special updates or upgrades to the machine.  All you will need to do is provide, filler wire (MIG type) shielding gas or compressed air (depending upon the process) to support the desired process.

The ergonomic gun is compact and powerful with a fatigue reducing gun handle angle and a molded grip.

Freight Methods

Due to the nature of our products, different shipping methods may be used depending on the item purchased.

Welding Machines, Generators & Large Equipment

Welding machines and other large equipment are generally shipped via road freight carriers to ensure safe transport.

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the freight network servicing your area.

Accessories & Smaller Items

Consumables, accessories, parts and smaller products are generally shipped via standard parcel services such as Australia Post or other courier networks.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
• Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, the customer accepts responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been completed.

Everlast Australia is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the relevant freight provider to investigate the shipment and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged items may be required to assist with any freight claim.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our freight partners, Everlast Australia cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Freight carrier disruptions
• Extreme weather events
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Industrial action
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Additional freight charges may apply where redelivery is required due to incorrect information being supplied.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Everlast Australia.

1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY

At Everlast Australia, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We provide refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the terms outlined in this Policy.

Any additional benefits outlined in this Policy apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or exclude those rights.

We encourage you to read this Policy before making a purchase so you understand your rights and what to expect if there is an issue with your order.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer needing the product
• Finding the same item cheaper elsewhere
• Purchasing the incorrect machine, accessory or consumable

Discretionary Change of Mind Returns

Where Everlast Australia agrees to accept a change of mind return:

• Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition
• A 15% restocking fee may apply
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Approval is at Everlast Australia's discretion

3. SPECIAL ORDER & PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some products may be supplied on a special order or pre-order basis.

For these products:

• Change of mind refunds are not available
• If accepted for return, store credit only may be issued at Everlast Australia's discretion
• Store credit will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us as soon as possible
• Retain the product and all original packaging
• Provide photographs where possible
• Notify us within 30 days of delivery

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty, defective or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law:

• Contact us with details of the issue
• Provide photographs, videos or supporting information where requested
• We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

Some products may also be covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty or Everlast Australia Warranty Policy.

6. EXCLUSIONS

We may refuse a return, replacement or refund where:

• The product has been misused
• The product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorised person
• The product has been incorrectly installed
• The product has been damaged through negligence or improper use
• The issue does not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is faulty
• The item arrived damaged
• The return is otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law

Where a return is approved under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

8. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds, replacements or store credits are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or finalising the claim assessment.

9. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To request a return:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Follow the return instructions provided by our team

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Identification may be requested for verification purposes.

Please do not return any products without first contacting us for return instructions.

10. UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed:

• We will attempt to contact you using the details provided with your order
• Re-delivery shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
• After 6 months without response, the parcel may be deemed abandoned or unclaimed
