PT325EXT
The PowerTIG 325EXT is built for superior industrial performance. With Digital microprocessor control over the Infineon IGBT inverter, and up to 320 amps of welding Power, the PowerTIG 325EXT packs the most punch of any AC/DC TIG welder in the Everlast line. The module design of the IGBT's creates a reliable platform designed for years of service.
The unit is equipped with many features that improve its value in the shop. One of the features that is highly useful is the Advanced Pulse in AC which can greatly increase penetration while welding aluminum, and make it seem like you are welding with a lot larger machine than you are.
Wave form control, AC frequency and AC balance control combine toround out the welder into a very capable Aluminum welder. However, the DC capabilities should not be overlooked either with plenty of features which includes a standard pulse frequency up to 500 Hz, and a wide range of adjustable 2T/4T functions.
PLEASE NOTE: This machine does not have a plug fitted. To achieve the maximum performance out of your Everlast Machine please ensure your current breaker and wiring/socket setup at your place of use is sufficient enough to achieve this. For example you may be required to upgrade your breaker to a 32A dedicated circuit to suit, therefore allowing you to achieve your machines full duty cycle. Tig minimum and maximum capability is generally determined by industry standard practices and governed by practical limits for single and multi-pass welds, aimed at achieving highest quality welds. The Maximum Aluminum thickness expressed here is representative of an increase in normal capability due to the use of the Advanced TIG pulse which uses a high ratio of DC- current to increase penetration.

This unit is not recommended for use with E6010. The maximum electrode capability is ultimately affected by the rod type, composition and electrode manufacturer recommendations.
This unit is configured for only 415V 3 phase operation. Everlast also offers a PowerTIG 325EXT configured for 240V 1 and 3 phase operation. The 415V version is not configured with a built in outlet for the water cooler.
E6010 use is not recommended with this welder.
Do not use with generators that are not certified as "clean power" by the generator manufacturer (<5% THD). For single phase use with a generator, use a generator that is capable of at least 12,500 watts.
